Week 6: Intellectual Property Rights
Mishcon de Reya navigates the nuances of intellectual property rights in the context of the art world, safeguarding creators' and owners' interests.

Week 7: The Art of Advisory
Nico Epstein returns with a lecture on art advisory, providing students with the fundamentals of advisory, addressing the needs of private vs corporate clients, coming to an agreement with clients and pricing structures for your business.

Week 8: Art Swindlers. Avoiding Scams in Today’s Art World
Piero Tomassoni sheds light on deceptive practices in the art world, empowering participants to recognise and avoid fraudulent schemes, as we look at some of the most shocking fraud cases in the art market.

Week 9: Marketing, PR and Communications in the Arts
An art-world professional shares expertise on effective marketing, public relations, and communication strategies tailored to the art sector.

Week 10: Caring for a Collection
Georgia Powell imparts essential knowledge on collection care, preservation, and best practices for maintaining artworks over time.

Week 11: Funding Structures in Creative Industries
